We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue strategies and drive growth across the BeLux, Netherlands, and expanding markets like Poland. YOUR IMPACT & MISSION : As our CRO, you’ll be responsible for Fastback’s revenue streams, market expansion, and customer satisfaction across various regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Revenue Management: Oversee all revenue channels, with a focus on BeLux, the Netherlands, and new markets like Poland.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide oversight for all business activities, identifying and optimizing new business opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on customer expansion and satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy: Drive marketing strategy, partnering with the head of marketing to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

Nous sommes une société belge qui propose des solutions logicielles aux concessionnaires et négociants automobiles en Europe, et le dernier membre du groupe EAG (avec Carvago, qui a révolutionné le marché automobile en ligne). Nous avons 6 développeurs, 5 développeurs back-end, un développeur front-end et un manager qui travaillent dans nos bureaux à Floreffe. Vous ferez partie de cette petite équipe familiale d’experts.
Sur quoi travaillerez-vous ?
– Participer au développement de nouveaux services et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans le cadre d’un jeune projet.
– Coopérer à la formulation des exigences commerciales et participer à l’architecture logicielle.
– Migration des produits Fastback vers vers les nouvelles implémentation.
– Travailler à la maintenance des produits Fastback déjà en production.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin :
– Connaissance avancée de PHP 8, Symfony 6, PHPUnit, développement d’applications complexes. Langue française et anglaise communicative.
– Connaissance d’autres technologies telles que : Gitlab CI/CD, JIRA, base de données MySQL.
– Nous apprécions les connaissances en Javascript, React.js, ElasticSearch, Docker, Dot.js, sécurité web, Domain Driven Design, Kubernetes, AWS, AWS Aurora Serverless.

Functieomschrijving:
Sales support assisteert de verkoopafdeling bij het opstellen van nieuwe contracten en het opvolgen van verlengingen. Hij/zij is een drijvende kracht achter alle prospectie-initiatieven in de Benelux. Hij/zij helpt de klantentevredenheid te verbeteren door opleidingsmateriaal te creëren.
Hoofdtaken:
1. Verkoopadministratie
Plannen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van offertes/projecten aanvaard via Team Leader
Optimaliseren van het gebruik van Team Leader

Vereiste vaardigheden :
