Customer Success Delivery Support
Key Objectives
The Customer Success Delivery Support role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction with Fastback’s product portfolio. This position focuses on driving product changes that fuel revenue growth (in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer) and enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). Success in this role involves fostering strong, growth-oriented client relationships, delivering exceptional value, and promoting long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Product Satisfaction:
- Monitor and enhance customer experiences with our products.
- Drive initiatives to maintain and improve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive CLTV Growth:
- Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize the duration and scope of client engagements.
- Track and report CLTV metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize Analytics:
- Design and implement analytics setups (primarily for Trade) to support conversion rate and confirmation rate growth.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategies and client success initiatives.
- Gather Client Feedback:
- Regularly collect, document, and analyze client feedback and user requirements.
- Ensure the product portfolio evolves in alignment with client needs.
- Bridge Client and Product Teams:
- Facilitate effective communication of client insights and field knowledge to IT and product development teams.
- Oversee the implementation of product adjustments, tracking their impact on client satisfaction and growth.

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist at Fastback, you are the go-to contact for questions and issues related to our web applications and the transactions that arise from them.
Customer inquiries (in Polish and French) may come in via phone, chat, or email.
In this role, customer-friendliness is the key to success. Providing polite and accurate support is your priority. You ensure our clients receive professional assistance by offering feedback on solutions or keeping them informed of the progress of their queries.
What You’ll Do:

- Handle the users’ queries and problems and if necessary escalate technical queries in a clear and structured way to the IT team via system tool.
- Ask the right questions to fully understand certain issues, relying on your problem-solving mindset to find results.
- Internally dispatch and forward commercial requests, such as development quotes and training requests.
- Follow up with clients, manage inbound calls, and schedule commercial appointments.
- Create and update documentation, including procedures and FAQs.
- Maintain and enhance the knowledge base and FAQ repository.
- Proactively identify recurring incidents, contribute ideas to document these in the knowledge base (FAQs), and keep work-related documentation and procedures up-to-date. You focus on solutions, not problems.
- Master our applications to provide the best possible support to our clients.

What You Need:
- Experience in an automotive dealership (sales or administrative sales support) is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and loyalty.
